Anthony DiFiore

A Senior Litigation Associate at the Firm. As a member of the trial team, he is involved in the day-to-day representation of the SBA’s membership and acts as primary legal counsel. Mr. DiFiore handles a large percentage of the administrative and disciplinary cases involving New York City police sergeants in the Trial Room. He also handles complex civil litigation and personal injury matters. Mr. DiFiore received his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1993, and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1996. He is admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bars, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. With over 10 years of civil and criminal litigation experience, Mr. DiFiore has obtained favorable results for his clients in a multitude of litigation settings and jurisdictions throughout the country.
