Alex Perez

Alex B. Perez, Jr. is the CEO/President of Spectrum Advisory Group, LLC which he founded in 2010 in pursuit of developing insurance products that are specifically designed to protect law enforcement and their families. His passion and drive for serving law enforcement came from his father being a SAPD detective for 34 years and serving as the SAPOA President and Vice President during his career.

Alex’s firm is currently serving over 30 police unions across the country that include, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Las Vegas, Detroit, Chicago, Hawaii and Miami just to name a few. His company goal is to be the largest insurance provider of US law enforcement by the year 2030. With the addition of some large police unions this year, Alex feels confident in his company’s ability to achieve that goal.

In addition to providing supplemental insurance, Alex is a registered investment advisor that focuses on comprehensive financial planning for law enforcement. He has been doing comprehensive investment planning for law enforcement for over 30 years now. He holds a B.B.A in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary’s University and is the host of a television show, “The Full Financial Spectrum” that airs on NBC, CBS and FOX. And lastly, Alex is now an author of a new book, “Watch Your Six” which guides police officers on ways to effectively invest their retirement funds.
