Biography	Detective Superintendent Paul Dunstan joined the New South Wales Police force in 1994. Superintendent Dunstan commenced working in a variety of Police Commands across the organization before commencing Criminal Investigation duties in 1997. Superintendent Dunstan gained his designation as a Detective in 2000 before working a further 10 years in criminal investigations throughout Inner City Sydney. Mr Dunstan currently performs the role of Operations Manager at Central Metropolitan Region. He is responsible for the oversight of all Criminal Investigations and Public Order events in the City of Sydney and its surroundings. In 2019 during Mert NEY’s violent attacks, Superintendent Dunstan was the Operations Duty Officer at Sydney City Command, where he was responsible for the management all Public Order incidents in the direct vicinity of NEYs attacks.
