| Biography | Officer Mike Solan has worked for the Seattle Police Department for over 22 years. During his career, Mike worked patrol, was a Gang Unit Detective and a full-time SWAT officer. Mike’s SWAT career enabled him to become an instructor for the Washington State Tactical Officers Association and hold a national certification as a Less-Lethal Instructor. In 2013 Mike was elected as a board member for the Seattle Police Officers Guild. In 2020, Mike became the union’s full-time President and is now host of a national podcast called Hold The Line with Mike Solan. |
