| Biography | Paul Kelly was previously a Sergeant and the POA President for San Jose Police Department. Paul retired after 28 years with San Jose Police. He currently is acting as Legislative Director for the San Jose Police Officers Association and Executive Director of United Coalition of Public Safety (UCOPS). Paul continues to work with many Associations across the country and now sits on the Board of Directors for Major Cities. |
